- [ ] Bango (kecap manis)
- [ ] 5 tsp nutmeg/candlenut
- [ ] veggie oil
Spice Mix 1
- [ ] 3 bay leaves
- [ ] Ginger, ~4 inches
- [ ] 25 shallots normal size / 16 shallots if using the stupid Woolies size (diced)
- [ ] 10 cloves garlic (diced)
Spice Mix 2
- [ ] 4 tsp salt (10-12 tsp if using oil/unsalted butter)
- [ ] 6 tsp black pepper
- [ ] 400g palm sugar
